We had a combined YM/YW activity on Tuesday. Sledding. It was dark outside, our only light was from a truck. The kids didn't care. (Tho' it did make taking pictures challenging. "Oh, crap, another picture of snow!) I managed to get a few good ones.

I went down the hill one time. I have honestly not been sledding in about 22 years. One of our cute beehives knows I can't resist her. "Sister DeMille, will you pleeaasse go down the hill with me?" Yeah, she's the one I went into the freezing water at camp for. I'm happy to say we made it almost all the way down and it was my big feet that caused us to crash- not my big anything else.
Instead of basketball, our stake is playing dodgeball this winter. A nice idea for those (like my daughter) who are athletically challenged. The girls had a great time and can't wait for next week.

I'm jealous! I've never served in YW and I think it would be so fun..I'm not sure how Megan would feel about it though...
I've always loved serving in YW's. I bet it's great being there with your only daughter!
I'm learning how fun it can be as well, although I'm in the Stake I still get to attend a lot of the fun activities. YW is a great program. I'm glad you are having so much fun!
