Jacob's birthday

Jacob almost shares his birthday with Spencer. He sort of missed out on his 5th birthday since I was in the hospital with a new baby. Hopefully, we've made up for that. Here's some things about Jake.

1. Jacob was born on Mother's Day, 1994. My best Mother's day present ever!
2. He was 10 lb. 13 0z. and had to spend two days in the NICU because he had the cord around his neck, twice.
3. He was always a climber and has an uncanny balance and natural physical ability.
4. He loves babies.
5. His favorite foods are chicken roll-ups and Panda Express.
6. He is a big Jazz fan, he also likes the Boston Red Socks.
7. His favorite band is All American Rejects.
8. He has started to become a reader and has read several of the Tennis Shoes Among the Nephites books recently.
9. He inherited his dad's talent for building things and wants to be a carpenter when he grows up.
10. He is a whiz at fixing bike tires. All the kids go to him to fix their flats.
11. He is the deacon quorum president.
12. He loves scouts and will be working at camp Kiesel this summer. He'll also be going on a week long camp with the scouts rafting down the Green River. In August, he's going to National Youth Leardership Training, another scout camp.
13. He's a great kid and the best babysitter I have.
