S'not fair!

My husband always tells me it's not fair that girls can wear boy clothes, but boys can't wear girl clothes. I have corrected him, boys can wear girls clothes. I've told him he's welcome to wear mine, I just don't think that's the image he wants to portray.
This morning, Sadie proved his point. She was searching for a shirt. Having to wear uniforms means she has a limited supply for school. She was going through all the baskets of clean clothes in the TV room, (I won't say how many baskets, but it's more than 2. Guess what I'm doing this afternoon?) She didn't have any luck. I bit my tongue and didn't point out that her school shirts were probably on the mess she calls her bedroom floor. Finally, she reached down and pulled out a white button up and put it on.
"Can I wear this?"
"I don't know. Ask Spencer, it's his church shirt."
Spencer said yes and she went upstairs to get ready.
I'm not sure what's more unfair, that she can look this cute in her brother's shirt, or that she can wear a boy's size 8. It may balance the scales a bit tho', she needs some perks for living with 6 brothers!

I ALWAYS raided my brother's closet!! Everything was so baggy on me, he's two years older, but I loved it. It was the 80's. Baggy sweaters, and tight pants!! Poor boys, I guess it's all training for how to treat the ladies.

Yea, I am thinking that is not fair, size 8. Awesome! She made her brothers shirt look very cute on her.
I am glad I am not the only one with more than two laundry buckets waiting to be folded. Except I never managed to get to mine today, nor will I tomorrow or the next day. So by Friday, it will be double the folding.

Cute girl! You're a good mom for not pointing out the 'obvious' and she is obviously a resourceful girl - go Sadie!

How sweet of Spencer to let her wear the shirt. She does look adorable, and yes it is only fair that she should get to share clothes with someone in the family.
